Ok I know I totally said I was going to post more but I just find myself so busy these days. Work has been up and down. Sometimes I'm buried under work from many many projects, but sometimes I'm just sitting reading articles on mining. I guess it's all good since I'm still learning tons. People at work are nice. Now that I'm in the mine rock group (last term I was in the mine waste group), I get to work with a lot of the younger junior engineers, and I guess that makes it just a tad bit more interesting. Volleyball every Tuesday has been awesome. It really depends on the team I play with from week to week. If I play with people who are insane and super competitive, I get quite nervous and I freeze up and don't play as well. If it's with more lax players, I tend to perform better. In terms of improvement, I haven't felt much yet, except for knowledge of plays and such. Really gotta work on my spikes.

Anyways, time to get back to work.

I just got an email from Waterloo. I ranked first in my class last term again!!!

So I think I will start posting on LJ again from now on. The main problem I have is not having enough time to do things in the day. I'm hardly ever home! But now that I have the iPhone, I can post from anywhere I want to! And you can evensee where I am!

So I'm just sitting here waiting for my second day of a 2-day industry first aid course to start. Yesterday proved actually pretty interesting. It's very hands on so the time goes by quickly. After today (if I pass), I'll be OFA level I certified and also have an AED cert. Yay!

Yesderday, was fun.

I woke up at about 7, dunno why, only had 4 or 5 hours of sleep. I had breakfast and then Kim came over and my dad drove us to Playland. We couldn't help being anxious, so we went in and on the Coaster first, then found Alex and Vivian. After another hour or so, Nicole, Sarah, Kevin and Nicky showed up. They went on the log ride i think....I don't remember, too many things happened.

Around 2-ish, the rest of the ppl showed up, which was A LOT of ppl that I don't want to list in fear of leving someone out...I think I went on every ride except the kiddie rides and the Mouse ride. BTW, I never had lunch, just shared a Hellivator Cup with Kim. But then, Milos, Jacq, and Sarah went on the Dropzone. So funny, Jacq started screaming even BEFORE they started to get pulled up. It was so entertaining to watch cuz Jacq, out of the three, had to pull the ripcord. And then there was just constant screaming from the girls. Milos just kinda kept the same face throughout, but started to crack up near the end. heh

While I was playing DDR in the arcade, guess who shows up? BONNIE!!! baybay2bonon ^^. Finally get to meet her in real life. Hehe, You look much prettier in real life than in the pics I've seen you. ^^ Anyways, I kept seeing her at least 5 times throughout the day. lol

Anyways, the day finished, we left Playland at 9 and some of us went to sushi. Only me, Ali, Hayley, Pierson, Alex, and Vivian. We ate MUCH FOOD. but then we find out Alex lost some very important piano examination papers of Vivian, and she couldn't find them and got really anxious. I really hope she finds them...Stupid Playland office isnt open on weekends. o well..Hope she finds them
